Improper Trash Storage

Description: Repeat violation at 71-75 Kilsyth Rd, Brighton (Chestnut Hill Realty). Prior cases: #BCS-00253677, #BCS-00260097, #BCS-00288800 (citation issued), #BCS-00314960. Today (Tues) is collection day. The trucks emptied the barrels but left the loose bags on the sidewalk, so they are still sitting there now, after pickup. This is visible today if inspected. The building still leaves bags outside barrels every week. Requesting a repeat citation and a requirement that the owner provide enough covered barrels for all trash.
