Description
Excessive and recurring dog barking from Unit 215 at The Charley Apartments, 46 Soldiers Field Place, Boston, MA 02135. Whenever the owner leaves, the dog barks continuously for approximately 1–2 hours, often starting around 8:00 AM. The resident frequently leaves the windows open, allowing the barking to spread throughout the surrounding apartments. This ongoing disturbance has repeatedly disrupted my sleep. I have video evidence available and request that Animal Care and Control investigate. Please keep my identity confidential to the extent permitted by law.
