Description: At the intersection of hail road and pump house road cars are turning right from the left hand lane. It is causing a backup in all directions at the intersection. They block traffic for the right hand lane because they cut in front of them, the cars going straight in the left hand lane are stuck behind them and the cars taking a left onto Pump House from the other direction can’t turn because they are blocking the intersection. They take a right on red from the left lane without stopping and cut in front of all of the cars traveling in the right hand lane. The left lane should be a clearly marked “straight only” lane to allow traffic to move effectively.
