- Noise level due to construction starting at 6:48 am today, 10/21/26, coming from 176 Commonwealth Avenue, Boston MA, 02116 above the allowed 70 decibels. This has been happening for the past month now. Our tenant from 174 Commonwealth Avenue has been filing a complaint to us as the owner, landlord of Unit 7.
