- Description
- Sidewalk closed for construction with no clear notice before you're on top of the construction. BPD detail is out directing traffic but contractor just moved signs and there is a single sign indicating bike lane closed, nothing in either direction for pedestrians. I couldn't find any category specific to construction safety/traffic routing
