Description
Subject: Request to Repair or Replace Streetlights in Our Neighborhood Dear City of Boston 311 Team, I am writing to request that the city inspect and repair or replace the streetlights in our neighborhood. The area is very dark at night due to poor street lighting, which makes residents and families feel unsafe, especially children walking in the neighborhood. We are concerned about the safety of our children and all residents. Better lighting would help prevent accidents and improve public safety. Please send a team to inspect the streetlights and take the necessary action as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention and assistance.
