Illegally Blocked Sidewalk

- Construction fencing installed at 10 Gretter Rd. the afternoon of 10/21 blew down less than 24 hours later at approximately 12:30pm 10/22 and is blocking the public sidewalk in front of the site. Wind conditions were minimal at the time; I was outside 2 houses away at the time it happened. As the attached photos show, contractor did not secure the fencing w/ sandbags or other anchors.
