- Noise complaint. The national grid construction at south huntington avenue next to the citigo gas station is completely unacceptable. how can the city justify construction STARTING at midnight and carrying all through the night on weeknights?? it is impossible to sleep with jack hammer and drilling way over noise ordinance levels all night every night for weeks. and there has been ZERO communication to the residents who live on this street about the timeline or what is going on. haven’t been able to sleep in weeks because of this and there’s no end in sight.
