Description
BROKEN GLASS = SAFETY HAZARD! Shattered liquor bottle from the denizens of Mass and Cass on a public sidewalk in front of 1721 Washington St. I’m sure 311 will find one more reason not to clean up after the drug addicts that have been released to our neighborhood, but this should be a no-brainer. This is a hazard to the people, children, and pets who walk on the sidewalks daily. But why do I get the feeling you will do nothing about it, as that seems to be the MO with this city?
