Illegal Parking

Description: M&M Management company truck ROUTINELY and REGULARLY parks illegally on Peterborough Street. The law allows for LEGITIMATE and LAWFUL *TEMPORARY* parking. This vehicle parks all day, every day. It is insulting to one's intelligence that the Traffic enforcement department does not know this. Everyone that lives in this neighborhood knows they park the truck EVERY SINGLE DAY, all day, every day. Why does this truck get a free pass? The truck routinely idles for extended periods of time and the driver smokes in the vehicle under resident windows. This truck is a nuisance. The traffic department is giving this truck special treatment for some reason. I have photos of the truck going back months and months. There is a pattern that is IMPOSSIBLE to deny. Why the special privileges?
