Description
Noise. Have a party. Ok. but -- if you want to party for many hours rent a hall. Do not blow your neighbors out with bass music slamming for hours and hours. Not everyone does not have to work ont he weekends. Have a party - but lower the bass music at 10pm. Is that reasonable? 155 Beaver St Hyde Park. Many neighbors called in and were told the police would come by and ask for lower volume. Nope. No one showed up.
