- URGENT – Extremely Loud Overnight Construction Noise It is now midnight, and workers are using jackhammers to break up the asphalt on Kelton Street, near the intersection with Allston Street, in a residential neighborhood. The noise is extremely loud and makes it impossible for residents to sleep. This is completely unacceptable at this hour. We have already called 311, but the construction continues. We are requesting immediate action to verify whether this overnight work is authorized and to stop the jackhammering if it violates noise regulations. Please forward this complaint to the appropriate department urgently and provide an update.
