Description: Blocked Garage Access- There has been construction on Silver Street for a very long time. Today the garage exit of my apartment building was blocked by two construction vehicles and cones. This caused me to miss a doctors appointment. They are blocking a one-way street that has many many parking spots/garages along that road. this is completely unacceptable. Even my landlord is having trouble contacting you guys and getting a straight answer on a timeline or a solution to this issue. This is not the first time this has happened. It is becoming increasingly frustrating when I have to change my daily schedule to accommodate the construction.
