- Multiple motorized scooters and bikes illegally parked on sidewalk. The excuse that they have covers so they can’t be touched is ridiculous. They should be cut from their locks and towed away. A cover doesn’t change the obvious law that a motorized vehicle can’t be parked on a sidewalk.
