Description
This is a recurring problem: commercial trash trucks collect garbage in the alleyway behind my apartment building about 3 times per week, as early as 4:30 AM. The trucks, plus the dumpster lifting and compacting, are extremely loud and wake residents of the apartments facing the alley. Most recently this occurred on 10/26 at 4:30 AM. I've confirmed with my building management that these are not their contracted haulers, which don't arrive until 6:30 AM. The trucks appear to serve the neighboring commercial and residential properties that back onto the alley. I'm asking that the city identify the hauler(s) and enforce the city's limits on early-morning commercial refuse collection.
