Description: Please install stop signs with lights on all sides at this intersection. When you’re going down Shirley towards Dudley both oncoming lanes from left and right are blind and it’s dangerous trying to creep out past the stop sign because of speeding oncoming traffic making tight turns onto Shirley to get to the chic-fil-a or the ghost kitchen. When driving from Clifton or George through the intersection it’s still dangerous because of people on mopeds flying through the stop sign on Shirley street or people creeping past their sign not realizing that both oncoming lanes don’t have a stop sign and it leads to constant near misses. Either stop signs on all directions, a flashing red light so all oncoming traffic at least knows to pause, or a sign on the Shirley sign saying “oncoming traffic does not stop” would suffice. This intersection has seen many accidents over the years and I’ve personally experienced many near misses. It’s a dangerous intersection for both cars and people trying to cross especially at night and one stop sign on one street for the amount of traffic that goes through here is not enough.
