Description
On Massachusetts avenue, just before magazine street and just after Shirley there’s a section where there is a left turn lane going onto magazine street and through traffic can keep right. People constantly park in the through traffic lane which causes traffic to pile up on Massachusetts ave because the left turn signal is fast and people are unable to squeeze past the illegally parked cars. Please add a physical barrier or lane divider of some sort that makes it so through traffic can keep flowing. It is especially frustrating because the light for through traffic stays green for a long time but traffic cannot move because of the illegally parked cars.
