Sidewalk Repair

Description: Hello, It appears that the sidewalk repairs have been completed; however, the surrounding lawn was excavated and not properly restored. A significant trench was left along the sidewalk without replacement topsoil or grass, and one of my irrigation sprinkler heads remains exposed and vulnerable to damage. I am requesting that the City arrange for the affected area to be properly backfilled with topsoil, graded to its original condition, and restored with grass. The exposed sprinkler head should also be properly secured and protected. I have attached photos documenting the condition left behind following the sidewalk repairs. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
