- Broken down car illegally parked. Blocking fire hydrant on Lesher street. Front wheels are pointed in different directions so may have been abandoned. Been here for almost a week with no enforcement action being taken by the city. This enterprise location also illegally parks cars on lesher st. Come on guys…dropping the ball.
