Description
Hi, I wanted to flag a traffic issue on the block of Mackin St between Western Ave and Richardson St in Brighton. Coming up Mackin from Waverly, it's two-way until Richardson, and my understanding is drivers are supposed to turn right on Richardson to get back to Western. But a lot of people keep going straight up Mackin instead. They end up sitting at the corner waiting to pull out onto Western, so when you turn off Western onto Mackin there's barely room to get in. It backs up pretty much every time. Could someone take a look and clarify what the rule is for that block? If it's supposed to be one-way, the signs at Richardson need to be a lot clearer (Do Not Enter / One Way). If it's two-way, is there anything that can be done about the bottleneck at the Western Ave end?
