Illegal Dumping or Disposal

Description: This dumpster is located inside the parking lot between P&R Jamaican Restaurant and a long apartment complex to it’s right that’s managed by Cruz Companies. The residents of that apartment complex have been using this area as a dump for years, improperly disposing of their garbage. This has brought a severe rat and mice infestation into my backyard on the other side of the fence for the past two years in a row. Usual pest control measures such as bait stations have not solved the problem. I’ve been requesting Cruz Management to relocate the dumpster since September of 2024, but they refused several times. I believe City Hall should relocate the dumpster to Dudley Street where the residents can dispose of all their garbage away from my backyard. The attached pictures are from this past weekend October 23rd through the 26th and show that the dumpster is practically in my backyard. I have to deal with this situation constantly, but it’s much worse during the holidays and weekends.
