- Why is Highland Park being aerated practically in November, with winter right around the corner? Nearly half the park appears to have been skipped due to large gaps between aerator passes.With Boston property taxes continuing to rise, we the residents deserve properly maintained public spaces. Highland Park is one of Boston’s most historic sites, and its maintenance should reflect that importance.Please address the missed areas, and start to provide the quality of maintenance, we the residents deserve!
