- Description
- 640 weld… west Roxbury… ladies abuses her emotional support black poodle and it violently barks at neighbors all day all night. This is a residential neighborhood with children and the dog can’t be controlled on the leash when the owner is walking it and barks uncontrollably when in the yard with a shotty fence. This dog is escalating in violence and it’s only a matter of time before it hurts someone.
