- Description
- A white Subaru (MA plate 2XWJ 52) is still parked in a no parking and tow zone, it's been there since Wednesday morning. Was ticketed yesterday. The vehicle is blocking the area for the buildings recycling bins (see attached pictures) causing the bins to block driveway. Can this car be tickted and towed, the spot is clearly marked as a tow zone.
