Install New Signal

- Description
- Need to do a better job of syncing up all the traffic lights in the area. Traffic was horrible yesterday evening and this morning. Took me 20 minutes to go from weld street at centre street to finally pass Faulkner hospital. I’m shocked with the amount of money and work done that re-timing the existing traffic signals was not done.
