Unauthorized Signage

Description: Outdated No Stopping Construction Sign in front of 189 W 5th St for 187 W 5th St. Please remove. We, residents, would do it but these people like to threaten, & try to intimidate, some of us for speaking up for ourselves& neighbors. The dates are 10/1/26 -10/10/26. The property manager likes to save it for himself. He does not live here! They also have taken over / destroyed the next door alley to rear of 191 so sidewalk is covered with garbage. Why isn't the City, ISD,CODE ENFORCEMENT, PUBLIC WORKS ,& TRANSPORTATION DOING THEIR JOBS & alloeing this for almost 2 years now?
