Illegally Blocked Sidewalk

Description: Hi so at this location. There is a job site going on they've been building for years no building permit no flaggers no sidewalks I just watched an old lady almost get clipped 15 cars on Old colony Ave because they have officially taken the whole sidewalk and the whole street for their dumpster that has no permit either. There is no sidewalk for the holidays for Halloween they need to come and open up the sidewalk so people can get through if not people are getting really frustrated and going to end up doing something that the city is going to regret not going out there and ticketing them because like I said that's someone's mother's and fathers who almost just got hit on Old colony I've never mind the guys at ignorant weirdos creeps. And I don't think one even possesses a green card but that's irrelevant. The point of the matter is they have been building for years and no one has done s*** no permits no sidewalks no nothing fix the problem
