- Why would Boston Poloce drop off horses to keep kids safe on Halloween, then not come put them up cars are speeding up and Down streets either kids all over I guess it’s ok if a few get hit… hopefully not seriously!! Teragram & Saratoga , Shawsheen and Saratoga all cross on St Andrew where a ton of kids are!!! Thanks BPD
