Description
Mobile auto detailing entrepreneur blocks sidewalk daily for personal illegal enterprise. Disposes liquid chemicals and harmful substances in the air harming residents of Onley st and Ridgefield. Using fire hydrant to clean vehicles illegally. White van can be found parked next to hydrant daily. This has been going on for years with no end.
