- On the corner of Ball Street, Shawmut Avenue , and Hammond Street, these sidewalk extensions were installed over the summer. They include enclaves of grass and other wild bushes.. not only has the construction company left all of their construction materials on the street taking up vital parking for the residents. These bushes are now becoming unruly. Whose responsibility is it to keep up with this landscaping that the residents did not ask for.
