- I would like to file a complaint. The City has put no parking signs on Parkton Road in Jamaica Plain for 2 weeks. This is untenable. You will be displacing 40+ cars who park on the street everyday. This follows a no parking ban of what was originally three (3) days: October 28-30 to do sidewalk repair. During which no work was done. One worker came and jackhammered for half a day ( at best) and left on October 28. After that nothing was done for the remaining 2 and 1/2 days. Now you want to us not to park on the street for 2 weeks. This is ridicules and the the height of incompetence. The three days were tolerable. The 2 weeks aren't. The City and the contractor need to get your acts together!
