- Cars frequently idle here at the corner of St. Rose and South St. where no parking is allowed. This car idled for at least 2 hours. There are residents with asthma in the nearby buildings. Would the city consider putting up clearer signage around here to discourage idling for more than 5 minutes, with a reminder of the existing $100 fine for doing this?
