Description: Someone moved out of 162 Endicott St. 02113 they put half of their move out trash in front of my unit 5 Thacher Court we have a pathway between five and 7 Thatcher Court which is used for emergency egress for 162. You’ll see from the pictures that they put most of the move out trash in front of their apartment building, but then used my apartment building for overflow . They left behind a chair in the pathway that they could not get through. I don’t want to get fined for this. Could somebody please remove it? We tried going over to the apartment but it’s empty. they did this after trash pick up today.
