Description
I've put out YARD WASTE (tied sticks of no more than 3' length and 1" diameter) for two weeks, and on neither week was it picked up on our trash day. I apologize for clogging up the 311 requests with this concern, but this seems to be how I report it and ask for it please to be picked up?
