- Hello, there is currently loud construction going on on Seaport Blvd. To my knowledge they are legally not supposed to start loud construction before 7 am and after 6pm. However; today they started construction at 6:15 am and yesterday they were doing construction past 6pm. We are in a residential area as this is occurring directly below my apartment. Can you please ensure they are limiting their noisy work to inside the allowed time frames. Thank you so much!
