Illegally Blocked Sidewalk

Description: Literally blocking the sidewalk with a car, I am sick and tired of the favoritism or whatever it is in this neighborhood. You people won’t ticket Black people or brown people but white people parking for business in spots that were perfectly legal that you took away for who knows what reason, you give a ticket right away. this asshole is always blocking the sidewalk. He always has cars in the bus stop and there’s never a fucking ticket on any car. I’m sick of it.
