Improper Trash Storage

Opened: Nov 3, 2026, 10:39 AM1h ago
Description: Good morning, there has been a pile of trash bags outside this building for the past week which is attracting lots of rats at night. This isn’t the first time this has happened. There are frequently full trash bags left at this spot that sit there for several days or weeks even. It appears to be from the building at 39-41 South St.
