- We started a new homeowners insurance policy and they are requiring the sidewalk be fixed to maintain our coverage. Please contact us on how we can partner to remediate. Language from the report: (M) 26-2 The uneven/heaved right-side sidewalk near the garage creates a trip hazard. The damaged walking surface should be repaired by a qualified contractor to provide a smooth, level surface.
