- Regarding case BCS-00373849. They didn't pick up the dirty, disease ridden mattress because there was an access issue because of some construction in public alley 405? Couldn't they have just backed the truck down public alley 404 (just like the trash and recycling trucks have been doing for the past 3 weeks) to pick up the mattress (which is in public alley 404) or are they just too dumb or lazy to do it? Love to see my ever increasing tax dollars spent to employ lazy idiots
