Description: Request Public Bin Installation across from Curley School in JP Neighbors are picking up five bags of trash per week from a bin that neighbors have placed in the park, next to the parking lot, across from Curley School. I don't know why there is so much trash. People eating breakfast/lunch/dinner while charging their cars? Parents eating as they drop-off and pick-up their kids? I don't know. But it's not fair to have neighbors picking up after the pubic as a system. ... Much of the waste is food waste. Not great for rats! ... Please?
