- Neighbor erecting carport. Already has at least 4 sheds. Even if temporary in appearance it will be there forever as evidenced by the other junk already out there. Please advise on what building or use of premises permits may be required. One permanent garage would be better than so many structures potentially storing hazardous materials and creating homes for rats and breeding ground for mosquitoes and not managing his stormwater on his site.
