Description
A car was stopped in the bike lane blocking the entire way. They had not stopped for a quick drop off as they were sitting on their phone in the passenger seat. I checked in to make sure that everything was ok / they were not broken down, which they confirmed. I let them know they were in the bike lane and should not be, and they scoffed and closed the door to go back to looking at their phone. Please try to increase enforcement against this, people are creating dangerous situations and are actually laughing at the idea of the law meaning something…
