Description
The property at 45/47/49 has been abandoned over the past year by its previous owner who has signed over the deed to a development LLC. The property is overgrown with tall, wild plants and lots of invasive species including a jungle of Japanese knotweed, sometimes not visited for so long that the front gate is grown over with vines. City has ticketed and new owners ignore on the door. The new owner’s actual information according to public record & LLC data is Michael Castillo of 1 Hiltz Ave Lakeville, and Wayne Orkin 482 Southbridge st #344 auburn MA 01501. Perhaps they will be more responsive to the care of the property if contacted directly, as opposed to at the property they purchased and now neglect that the rest of us must see every day. Trash is left out, sidewalk not maintained and collecting trash, windows left open and is a haven for animals.
