Description
Severe "rotting fish" and biological odor coming from the recently burned-out apartment building at 209-211 Boylston St. The building, notorious for heavy rat activity, has enveloped the neighborhood with the stench of decomposing rodents trapped in the walls and floorboards following the fire evacuation. Immediate public health concern for neighbors.
