- Turner Construction Pile Driving in the North End daily, sometimes starting at 7:30am is sending consistent noise levels above 80dB measured in the Charlestown Navy Yard. All day. Every day. Is this level permitted? Is anyone monitoring? Mitigating? Reimbursing for damages it is causing?
