- TRAILER LEFT ON STREET FOR SEVERAL MONTHS. This trailer has been disconnected from anything and left on the street in front of 20 Woodville Street, Roxbury, MA. It is too far out into the street and a nuisance to everyone in the neighborhood. It has been illegally left unattended for several months; and is not complying with a multitude of the parking regulations applicable to that location. Never moves for street cleaning as required. Unattended trailers not permitted to be left on the street. According to Article IV, Section 7 of the Boston Traffic Rules and Regulations, a trailer, or utility trailer cannot be parked or left standing on a City street unless it is actively attached to a motor vehicle capable of towing it. Because the trailer on Woodville Street in Roxbury has been abandoned for weeks, it is a clear violation of city ordinances, a potential safety hazard (creating blind spots for drivers and pedestrians), and is subject to immediate ticketing and towing.
