Description: Several weeks ago I posted a report about tenant(s) storing household items/trash in the hallway of my apartment building causing a potential fire hazard. The problem was resolved but now the trash has reappeared. The landlord needs to communicate with the tenant(s) so that this trash issue does not continue to reoccur. The report # from several weeks ago is #BCS-00351867 and is listed below. A neighbor on the 3rd floor of my friend's apartment has stored many household items in the hall and has created a safety hazard. In case of a fire or other emergency he would have some difficulty exiting in a timely manner. I am not sure what city department this should be sent to. I am assuming that Inspectional Services would be relevant in this case. His landlord has promised to solve this problem but has not yet done so.
