Description: I am reporting imminent structural safety hazards inside my apartment, including a large ceiling crack that is actively bowing and sagging downward over a living space. There is severe structural separation where wall tracks and doorway corners are fracturing and tearing away from the building framework. These structural cracks are creating open voids that act as active rodent entry pathways into the apartment.The common area hallways have severe carpet buckling and water damage, indicating a systemic building moisture or settling issue that matches my uneven apartment flooring
