Improper Trash Storage

Description: Improper trash storage in the alley behind 159 Warren Ave, off West Canton Street. A row of trash barrels is stored out in the open in the alley, with an overflowing recycling bin, a large cardboard box left on top of the bins instead of broken down inside, and filled trash bags left on the ground beside the barrels. Trash and recycling are not properly contained. Photo attached, taken this morning, Saturday, November 7, 2026. The enclosure sign says the trash area is for 130-150 Appleton residents.
