Description
In the new shattuck picnic area in franklin park, why are there only six new bike racks for the entire project? This number is inadequate given the amount of people expected to utilize the area. Also, they are not positioned to accommodate for larger cargo type bikes that are very popular, especially in Jamaica Plain, where the park is located.
